So any tasks I add to the Master Agenda that are related to Project 1, I can relate to Project 1 by using the relation column. By using this feature, I can relate any of the entries in the Master Agenda to entries within other databases. the columns with the arrows are the “relation” tool in Notion. This is where I label the category, status, and date. This way, I can import everything into a single database, and then it is visible across other pages to track everything.Īnytime I get a new task, I add it to the Master Agenda. The database then uses labeling and two-way relations to link the entries to other databases within the template. This database pulls any entries from the “Master Agenda.” The Master Agenda database is the most important one in the template because it’s where I import all my tasks. I use a linked database to create a daily and weekly task list so I can see all of my upcoming assignments, experiments, and tasks for the week at a glance. By using Notion, I can keep all of my important tasks, reminders, deadlines, notes, and more in a centralized space. Often, I would find myself with little notes and pieces and important information across organizers, like a physical planner, my notes app, and Word documents. I wanted to make a template that included everything that I was currently working on in graduate school in a centralized space.
